Fashions on the Boom Olympics Fields Pt. 2

Fashions on the Boom Olympics Fields Pt. 2

Easy Read | 3-5 Minutes Read |

As the Boom Olympics continues, so does the fierce competition of the fashions on the field as each athlete fights for the attention of spectators, thinking their stylish choices may help bribe the judges for the final decision of who will take home the Boom Olympics Gold Medal.

This week we're going to take a look at the athletes from ‘Team Two’, winners of the Three Person Relay. Each of these Olympians are well known for their individual performances in each of their professional sports categories, netball, tennis, and gymnastics, but their attention to detail doesn’t stop there… it continues to the dressing room.

When Portia 'The Brawler' is out brawling on the court, she likes to wear clothing that's comfortable around the shoulders and arms so she can move like a demon, and be the best Gold Attack the world has ever seen.

That's why at this years Boom Olympics Portia will be seen in the Soho Shirt in Manhattan and the Kent Wide Leg Pants in Forest. This outfit may look like Portia isn’t taking the game seriously, but it’s just part of her cunning plan of distraction.

Claire ‘Pocket Rocket’ may look like a sweet smiling innocent girl, but that she is not. Best known for her speed on the court despite of her size, and after the performance we witnessed in the Team Events last week, she definitely has a very high chance of taking out the Boom Olympics Gold Medal.

At this years Three Person Relay, Claire teamed the Sage District Jumper and Street Market Nusa Midi Pants, and by that outstanding final leg she ran which took out gold, it’s a proven outfit for winners.

Mel ‘Skippy’ is the mover, the shaker and the twirler maker. Who will ever forget that jaw-dropping gymnastics floor routine she performed earlier this week at the Boom Olympics. Although, unfortunately for Mel, media will also never let us forget that public blowup we witnessed between her and team member ‘Flipper’ at last weeks Three Legged Relay.

At this years Boom Olympics, Mel teamed the Black Squiggle Jumper with the Rua Shorts in Reo for all her events including the Opening Ceremony. Now that’s a sign of an outfit that works for all occasions!

You’ll notice in the middle photo above, that both Portia and Mel had a costume change for the Three Person Relay, thus giving them more freedom for movement and speed.

Doesn't Portia looks stunning?! Maybe not that sporty, but looks can be deceiving as I'm sure we've all experienced in life. For this event Portia chose the matching colourful and sparkling lurex Manhattan Soho Shirt with Manhattan Soho Long Skirt. Whilst Mel, without knowing, picked another piece from the Rainbow Underground collection, and has styled the White Squiggle Shirt with the Manhattan Atlas Pants. That's what we call in-sync team members!
