RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Boom Shankar are 100% committed to our customer service, we love knowing that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. We understand that buying online is convenient, however sometimes items just don’t fit or suit. If for any reason you are unhappy with items in your order, simply return it to us within 28 days of purchase, in the condition you received it in (tags attached).

We have updated our returns process for an easier more efficient process for you.

To create a return you will need the PO Number that is located on your packing list (PLEASE NOTE ITS NOT THE SALES ORDER NUMBER ITS THE PO NUMBER LOCATED JUST BELOW THE SALES NUMBER THAT YOU NEED TO USE)

REFUNDS  

Boom Shankar offers a refund on full priced or faulty items only.

CREDIT NOTES 

Boom Shankar will create a credit note which will be valid for 3 years on sale items (depending on the individual returns policy) and items purchased with a discount code within 28 business days of purchase.

No refunds will be given on sale or discount code items.

EXCHANGES

Boom Shankar will offer exchanges on all items purchased online or in store. Items must be in original condition with tags.

Sale Items - 30% off or less

• Full refund on faulty items only
• Exchanges or credit notes on all other returns
• Postage paid at customers expense unless the item is faulty

Sale Item - 50% or more

• Full refund on faulty items only
• No other returns accepted
• Postage paid at customers expense unless the item is faulty

Sale Items - Buy 3 get the 4^th item free

• Full refund on faulty items only
• No returns accepted for the free item
• All other returns will depend on discount policies listed above 
• Postage paid at customers expense unless the item is faulty

POSTAGE FOR RETURNS

Return postage on returns and exchanges for non faulty items will need to be covered by the customer, but if an item you have received is faulty or incorrect, we will gladly pay for the return and replacement postage. We can’t take responsibility for goods that are lost in transit so we strongly recommend returning your parcel with an Australia Post tracking number. Our Boom Shankar postage satchels are actually re-usable, which is great, simply follow the instructions on the satchel to re-use the bag. 

PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM A BOOM SHANKAR STOCKIST

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms. Boom Shankar cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased from a Boom Shankar stockist.

Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on a speedy delivery! Our orders are dispatched nationwide and we do aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days after purchase.

Please note that during and after SALE or peak periods orders may take an extra 3-5 business days to dispatch on top of normal dispatch times.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

You will be able to track  your delivery online with a link provided to Australia Post.

Within Australia, Boom Shankar delivers all our orders to you via the Australia Post.

Domestic - Free standard shipping on all orders over $150

New Zealand – We have a $28.00 flat rate delivery fee for customers in New Zealand.  We are required to collect 15% NZ GST on all orders under $1000. 

International – We have a flat overseas freight charge of $35. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. Our International Postage is sent via Australia Post Pack & Track International and we will email you a tracking number.

Importation to your home country may require you to pay VAT, GST, and / or any related duties and processing fees. Should you need more information on these fees, please inquire directly with your local customs and duties office prior to making your purchase. Importation fees are not covered by Boom Shankar shipping polices and are the responsibility of the customer.
