New Zealand - We have a $28.00 flat rate delivery fee for customers in New Zealand.
International Postage - We have a flat overseas freight charge of $35.
New Zealand and other International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item price/s will be updated at your bag page to reflect this.
Returns
Boom Shankar are 100% committed to our customer service, we love knowing that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. We understand that buying online is convenient, however sometimes items just don’t fit or suit. If for any reason you are unhappy with items in your order, simply return it to us within 28 days of purchase, in the condition you received it in (tags attached).
Full priced items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit (credit note is valid for a period of 1 year from date of issue and can be redeemed in store and online).
Sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit. No refunds will be given on sale items.
Faulty items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Return postage both ways will be at our expense.
